Steven specializes in single family, condominium and residential income properties throughout San Francisco.  He provides his clients with a solid professional background in all phases of residential real estate practice based on over 28 years’ experience in the San Francisco market.

 Steven joined TRI-Coldwell Banker and its merger predecessors in 1988, soon earning recognition among the President’s International Elite, awarded to consistent top producers within the company, the top 4% across the country.  Prior to this, he was associated with Grubb & Ellis Residential Brokerage on Union Street in San Francisco as a Senior Marketing Consultant.  Steven became a Certified Residential Specialist in 1993 and has consistently ranked as a top producer for over the past twenty years.

 Strong organization, communication and negotiation skills are brought to each client and real estate transaction. Furnishing a superior level of professionalism and ethics, affording his clients a high degree of trust and assurance.

 

Living in San Francisco for the past 30 years he has gained intimate familiarity with its various neighborhoods and with local market trends.  A Realtor in California since 1980, Steven retains membership in the National Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors and the  San Francisco Association of Realtors.  Personally active in real estate, Steven resides in Russian Hill and has converted both a two unit and a three unit building to condominiums, has owned and operated a 35 acre horse farm and has considerable renovation expertise.

 

Involved in community outreach efforts, Steven Clark has previously served on the Board of Directors of several non-profit organizations over the past several years.  He has also held positions on Industry Committees devoted to professional standards, governmental relations, and other community service issues
