I am pleased to be a realtor with TRI Coldwell Banker, San Francisco’s top residential brokerage with annual sales volume topping $1.3 billion in 2006. Joining the firm in 2002, I successfully represented my first home buyer within my first three weeks on the job. Since then, I have gone on to sell over $65 million worth of property in the Bay Area. I represented over $20 million in sales in 2006 alone, placing me in the top 2% of Coldwell Banker agents nationwide, as well as among of the top 20 of TRI’s 96 agents.
 
A Stanford graduate and Bay Area resident for more than 10 years, I have developed an extensive Buyer/Seller network, as well as in-depth market knowledge.  I have vast experience closing complicated transactions in all price ranges and neighborhoods throughout San Francisco, from one-bedroom condominiums in the Marina, lofts South of Market and Noe Valley Tenancies-in-Common, to prestigious single family homes in Pacific and Presidio Heights.  

To stay on top of the market and better serve my clients, I initiated, and currently chair, the “Million Dollar Meeting,” a weekly gathering of TRI’s top agents who meet for a candid review of all recent single family house and condominium sales, as well as to get inside knowledge of pocket listings that may never hit the open market.  I am also a founding member of "The Real Estate Breakfast Club," a group of top agents from firms throughout the City who meet regularly to review current market issues and share listing leads.

I bring to San Francisco real estate more than 18 years of experience in international business development and marketing, working in Senior Management with companies such as Turner Broadcasting/CNN, Home Box Office, Time Warner, Merrill Lynch and Walt Disney.  I have negotiated complex, multi-million dollar transactions with top government officials and private media organizations in China, Japan, Vietnam, Germany, UK, Saudi Arabia, and other countries throughout the world.
