David Baskin

Background
David recently joined T.R.I. Coldwell Banker, San Francisco's premier residential brokerage firm. He was the second highest Top Producer in 2004 at Prudential California Realty- Union and Market Street Offices. He has extensive knowledge of the the various neighborhoods of the city and, in particular, the real estate market. He knows how to achieve results for his clients. He has traveled to over 130 different countries.

Career History
David has a Ph.D. in Psychology and had been C.F.O. and C.O.O. of a major diviision at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine in N.Y.C. for over eighteen years. After moving to San Francisco, he was appointed C.F.O. and Deputy Director of Mental Health Services for San Mateo County. He was then appointed as C.F.O. and served as one of the Deans at the University of California at Berkeley' School of Law. Since that time, David has been working and reveling in the San Francisco residential real estate market for almost five years. He brings his negotiation experience and interpersonal skills to his real estate transactions with the objective of best serving his clients.
