Paula’s clients describe her best: She has unsurpassed enthusiasm for the smallest detail when it comes to achieving her client's goals. “Personable, knowledgeable, intelligent, motivated, marvelous advocate and compassionate” top the list of accolades she regularly receives and deservedly so. We give Paula a perfect "10”.
Since joining the real estate industry in 1998, Paula excelled to No. 1 in her class of new recruits and received the “Top Producer” award her first full year in real estate. Paula’s real estate practice has included organizing an LLC which purchased a multi-unit, mixed-use building that she currently co-manages, structuring TIC purchases, representing senior executives and employees from multinational corporations relocating to the San Francisco Bay Area, advising clients regarding the purchase of rental/investment properties and managing her own rental properties. Paula has worked closely with builders to identify remodeling projects, locate vacant land for new construction projects and negotiate custom home construction projects.
Paula came to the real estate industry with a background in securities and real estate law, real estate lending and investment banking. She spent 10 years in several large San Francisco law firms working on complex real estate transactions, initial public offerings, leveraged buy-outs and mergers and acquisitions.
By way of background, after receiving an MBA in Finance, Paula honed her financial skills working for two private San Francisco-based securities brokerage houses beginning her career as a member of a corporate finance group working on initial and secondary public offerings for small cap growth companies. When it made market sense, Paula moved to the M&A department of a boutique international investment bank. As the securities markets changed, so did Paula. Her insatiable creative energy and business acumen for the financial side of the real estate business made for a supremely successful transition into the real estate industry.
Originally from Indiana, Paula came to California more than three decades ago. She considers herself one of San Francisco's biggest enthusiasts and as such involves herself in a variety of community-related volunteer activities and non-profit organizations.
