Producer awards include President’s Elite ‘98, ‘99, ‘00, ’03, International President’s Elite ‘97, International President’s Circle ‘95 and ‘92, ‘01, ’02, ’04, ‘05 and Leading Edge ‘94 and ‘96.  A Gary, Indiana native, Steve attended Harvard University on a four year academic scholarship. While at Harvard, he was a dean’s list student and a lettered athlete in Varsity basketball. After graduation, Steve made the wise decision to move to San Francisco. In 1976 he obtained his real estate license and learned the fundamentals of real estate at Roger Sobel Realty. Three years later he moved to Pacific Union Co. where he specialized in condominium conversion and marketing. Following his stint at Pacific Union, Steve branched into condominium development at Emerald Fund. Later, he distinguished himself as a top producer for the Fred Braun Co. He became a member of the TRI team in 1984. At TRI, Steve has been a top producer selling residential, homes and condominiums, and residential investment property. Steve has over 30 years of real estate savvy to his credit. Conceptually, he sees his role at TRI as one of service to the people of this area. He is proud of that role and his accomplishments.  Steve is a member of the Harvard Club, Club West, the Investment Property Marketing Group, the San Francisco Board of Realtors, the California Association of Realtors and St. John’s Church. Steve has coached youth basketball teams for the last 6 years. Steve is married to Dr. Shannon S. Parr (a graduate of UCSF Dental School and Director of the Dental Residency Program at the VA Hospital in Palo Alto), and has three children, Nicholas, Kathleen and Eva (ages 18, 17 and 11).
