Professional Experience

Nina Hatvany
has consistently been TRI Coldwell Banker’s #1 or #2 top producing agent since 1991. TRI Coldwell Banker is the highest producing office in San Francisco. In the year 2008, Nina once again closed the most transactions involved in nearly $95 million worth of home sales or purchases last year and ranked as the company’s sixth most successful agent nationally for 2008 sales volume. She represents both buyers and sellers of luxury homes, condominiums and apartment buildings. Naturally, she is in the top 1% of Coldwell Banker’s agents in Northern California.

Nina is single-minded in her pursuit of her clients' desires, whether to sell at the best possible price or to buy the perfect home. She makes it her business to get her clients what they want.

Her interest in real estate sales stems from her 28 years in real estate development, building townhouses in Palo Alto, refurbishing several Bay Area apartment buildings and, most particularly, restoring and rehabilitating several homes in San Francisco itself. Along the way she acquired both a contractor's license and a real estate salesperson's license.

Education
Nina has a B.S. from Bristol University, England. She went on to do an M.A. and Ph.D. at Stanford in Psychology. Subsequently she was a Professor at the Graduate School of Business at Columbia University in the Organizational Behavior area. She also taught at the Graduate School of Business at Berkeley, California.

Professional Philosophy
I try to establish a long-term relationship with a client based on my level of service and expertise, patience and camaraderie.

Professional Affiliations
Licensed as a real estate agent. Member of San Francisco Apartment Association.
General Contractors license.

Personal Background

Married with three children. Home in Pacific Heights, S.F. Orignally fom U.K.

During her tenure at Columbia she became interested in real estate and developed several properties including co-operative apartments and large condominium projects. Since her return to the Bay Area in 1982, she has successfully tackled many different real estate arenas: building townhouses in Palo Alto, developing raw land in the East Bay for retail use, refurbishing several Bay Area apartment buildings and, most particularly, restoring and rehabilitating homes in San Francisco itself. Along the way, she acquired both a contractor's license and a real estate salesperson's license.
