Marc, born in San Francisco, graduated from U.C. Berkeley in 1983 with a degree in Economics. From 1983 to 1985 Marc was an apartment building acquisitions person with Consolidated Capital, a national syndication firm. Marc's responsililties included the acquisition of apartment buildings in the $3,000,000.00 to 20,000,000.00 price range. Marc received an M.B.A. in real estate from the Golden Gate University in 1986 and has been a licensed broker since 1983.
