BS degree from California State University in Interior Design with a minor in business administration.  Further studies at the California College of Arts and Crafts, Oakland and San Francisco in Environmental Design.  Continuing Education in Real Estate since 1988.

Specializing in high rise luxury apartments especially at the Four Seasons Residence San Francisco.  Worked with the New York developer Millennium Partners pre-selling units in the 125 unit, 41 story building conducting 'hard hat' tours, and currently helping the developer to sale the remaining completed units as well as renting and re-selling in the building.  I HAVE PRACTICAL BUT LIMITED KNOWLEDGE OF CONSTRUCTION OF HIGH RISES, CUSTOMIZING AND UPGRADING UNITS,  MIXED USE BUILDINGS, ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW BOARDS, CITY PERMIT AND APPROVAL PROCESS, HEIGHT RESTRICTIONS  AND RE-DEVELOPMENT LAND.

I HAVE PERSONAL KNOWLEDGE OF COMPLETING ONE AND WORKING ON ANOTHER 2 UNIT CONDO CONVERSION AFTER ARRANGING THE T.I.C.PARNTERSHIP.  I have a good sense about the desirability of such properties for re-sale and a good understanding of time frames, expenses and City politics.
