____________ My Profile:

Professional Experience

Nina Hatvany is one of the very best San Francisco realtors. She joined the TRI office of Coldwell Banker Realtors in 1992 and has been one of the two top agents in the office since 1994. In the years 2004 and 2003, Nina once again closed the most transactions and in 2002 she was the “top producer” with over 84 million dollars in sales. She represents both buyers and sellers of luxury homes, condominiums and apartment buildings.

Her interest in real estate sales stems from her 21 years in real estate development, building townhouses in Palo Alto, refurbishing several Bay Area apartment buildings and, most particularly, restoring and rehabilitating several homes in San Francisco itself. Along the way, she acquired both a contractor's license and a real estate salesperson's license.

Education

Nina has a B.S. from Bristol University, England. She went on to do an M.A. and Ph.D. at Stanford in Psychology. Subsequently she was a Professor at the Graduate School of Business at Columbia University in the Organizational Behavior area. She also taught at the Graduate School of Business at Berkeley, California.

I try to establish a long-term relationship with a client based on my level of service and expertise, patience and camaraderie.

Personal Background

Married with three children. Home in Pacific Heights, S.F. Orignally fom U.K.
During her tenure at Columbia she became interested in real estate and developed several properties including co-operative apartments and large condominium projects. Since her return to the Bay Area in 1982, she has successfully tackled many different real estate arenas: building townhouses in Palo Alto, developing raw land in the East Bay for retail use, refurbishing several Bay Area apartment buildings and, most particularly, restoring and rehabilitating homes in San Francisco itself. Along the way, she acquired both a contractor's license and a real estate salesperson's license.
She joined TRI Realtors in 1992 and in her first year she was named a top producer. She has maintained this level of energy every year and, indeed, has been top agent in 1994, 1995, and 1997.
