Sarah was born in Massachusetts, raised in Michigan, and came to San Francisco in 1972. Her marketing training with firms such as Comshare, Inc., IBM, and Aspen Systems, as well as time spent giving management training seminars under Sarah Southwick Systems, and setting up marketing tools for small businesses, has taught her a great deal about fine tuning contracts and making things go smoothly on both sides of a deal.  She has traveled and worked throughout much of the world.

Sarah has owned 6 properties in San Francisco, has faced tenant issues (for herself and for for clients), and understands the ins and outs of negotiation as many other realtors do not.  She is in the top 4% of Coldwell Banker Agents internationally.
