Professional Experience
I have been active in real estate in San Francisco since 1978, concentrating on fine homes, condominiums and small income properties in the northern sector of the City from Nob Hill to Pacific Heights and Sea Cliff. At present, I handle my own clientele as well as assist Malin Giddings, the Top Agent in Northern California, on many of her splendid listings. In addition to the foregoing, since Fall 1998, I serve as the Assistant Manager for TRI/Coldwell Banker under the leadership of John McInerney III, our Van Ness Office Branch Manager.

University of Southern California, Los Angeles BA and MA Degrees in International Realations, 1964 & 1966 (US Foreign Service, Agency for International Development, 1966-1976 in Saigon and Washington, D.C.

Professional Philosophy
I believe a successful real estate agent is, above all, a good listener. A buyer or seller's needs and wants can be largely fullfilled by keeping them informed of comparable sales and current marketing conditions. By providing reliable information and data, these very affluent and educated clientele are able to make personal and business decisions about their real estate portfolio with confidence.

Personal Background
My avocation is classical piano music, and more recently, modern piano music. Since 1990, I have studied as an adult student with Erna Gulabyan of the SF Conservatory of Music and presently with Robin Krop, well known Bay Area modernist. I am also a contributing and active member of the bay area's Self Help for the Elderly senior care programs.
