Professional Experience
Julie Ray has lived in Sea Cliff since 1979 and has been a realtor since 1984, specializing in residential properties in the Sea Cliff area of San Francisco, as well as Presidio Heights and Pacific Heights.

Julie was awarded the TRI/Coldwell Banker International President's Circle designation in 1997 and 1998. In 1999 through 2004 she has continuously merited the International President's Elite designation which is awarded to the top 4% of all the sales associates across the country.  In 2004 she also received the International Presidents Premier Award. This is the company's most coveted honor and is only acheived by the top 1% of  the realtors who have demonstrated the capacity to achieve exceptional sales production and render superior service at the same time.

Personal Background
Originally from Iowa, Julie moved to Denver after attending Simpson College and Drake University in Iowa. She moved to San Francisco in 1971. She has raised two children who are now married and living in New Mexico. Years were spent involved with parent groups, fund raising for the National March of Dimes and other charitable organizations.
Her innovative approach to marketing, her dedication to perfection and uncompromising service has earned her a great reputation and a wonderful referral base.

Previous Career Accomplishments
Previous to her real estate career, Julie Ray was well known for buying and selling original art work of respected artist including Maxfield Parish, Andrew Wyeth, and Jamie Wyeth.

Julie has also been very involved with interior design which has been very useful in the staging of many listings benefitting many clients with outstanding sale prices.
